Close to the beach and situated between the golf course and the bird sanctuary, this large, luxury villa is close to everything - a beautiful Caribbean beach, 5th Avenue restaurants and shops, golf club, beach club. Sit on your private terrace with jungle views and the sounds of tropical birds, swim in the large pool just by your front door, or stroll down to the beach past the small mayan ruins. From the rear patio and terrace you have jungle views towards the golf course, from the front of the villa you overlook the large swimming pool and the bird sanctuary. Sleeps 6

This 3 bedroom luxury villa is the same size as Casa Selva Caribe, but there is a third bedroom located downstairs. This modern house is just a very short walk from Casa Selva Caribe and is close to the town entrance of Playacar. It is also a short walk past the small Mayan ruins to the beach, or the restaurants and shops of Playa del Carmen. The golf course is across the street. A large pool is just steps from your patio.

Both villas are set in the exclusive community of Playacar and they are actually the same size. Casa Vela has a third bedroom downstairs, whereas Casa Selva Caribe has a beautiful large open plan lounge with two patio windows to make the most of the jungle views towards the golf course. We can accommodate large groups of up to 14 by renting both villas.
Playacar is only 40 minutes from Cancun airport
The whole Riviera Maya is within an hour, including the world famous Mayan site of Tulum. Miles of white sandy beaches with great diving and snorkelling.
