What a fantastic location!

Set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, within the Playamar community. The private patio leads out to the beautiful views - between the villa and the golf course is only plants and trees! The front of the villa is just steps from the large shared pool and the famous Xaman-Ha bird sanctuary which is adjacent to the pool and just a few metres from the villa - with luck you may spot a toucan by the pool.

From the patio or the upstairs terrace, the only sounds will be the beautiful tropical bird song. Despite this beauty and tranquility, it is just a short walk across the road, past the Mayan ruins to the beach, or about 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants of Paseo del Carmen and 5th Avenue.

Beautiful gardens with shaded palapa. Large shared swimming pool backs onto the Playacar bird sanctuary. Shallow end for children.

Downstairs:

The lounge - great views to the patio and trees from full length windows. Sky TV/DVD.

The third bedroom, with a queen size bed has an adjacent bathroom / shower. Sky TV, DVD.

Modern dining area with view to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room. Views from the kitchen to the swimming pool and aviary.

Upstairs:

Master bedroom - king size bed is situated at the rear of the house and has its own private terrace with fabulous views over the trees towards the golf course. The bathroom has its own jacuzzi and walk in shower. There is also a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom at the front has two matrimonial beds and an en-suite bathroom. The views from here are to the swimming pool and aviary.

Master bedroom:

Master bedroom has King size bed and private patio with jungle views to the golf course - watch the sun set over the trees. The en-suite jacuzzi also has jungle views.

Bedroom Two:

Bedroom 2 has two matrimonial beds and great views of the pool and aviary.

Outside

There is a large shared swimming pool which backs onto the Playacar Aviary. At one end is a shallow section for children. There is a large shaded palapa area to relax. At the back of the villa is a private and tranquil patio area and there are only trees and plants between the patio and the golf course. From here you can relax, or make use of the large gas patio grill.

Two similar villas - what is the difference?

Both villas are the same size, have a very similar design and are furnished to the same standard. They are also both located in the exclusive Playacar and are a short walk to the beach and town.

Casa Selva Caribe has a great location. It is very tranquil and surrounded by nature, but it is still close to everything. The secluded patio at the back of the villa is separated from the golf course by trees and plants.

Casa Vela is also close to the beach and is slightly closer to the town. From the patio of Casa Vela, you are just steps from the large pool.
