This 3 bedroom luxury villa is very similar to Casa Selva Caribe. The large swimming pool is just steps from your patio. This modern house is just a very short walk from Casa Selva Caribe and is close to the town entrance of Playacar. It is also a short walk past the small Mayan ruins to the beach, or the restaurants and shops of Playa del Carmen. The golf course is across the street. A large pool is just steps from your patio.

Both villas are set in the exclusive community of Playacar and they are actually the same size.

We can accommodate large groups of up to 14 by renting both villas.

Playacar is only 40 minutes from Cancun airport

The whole Riviera Maya is within an hour, including the world famous Mayan site of Tulum. Miles of white sandy beaches with great diving and snorkelling.
