Set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, opposite the golf course and just a short stroll to the beach or the famous 5th Avenue with its stunning shops and restaurants. Casa Vela is situated close to the town entrance of Playacar and is in a great location for you to enjoy everything that Playa has to offer! Casa Vela is within the Mayamar community.

Villa features:

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large, shared, swimming pool just steps from your patio and from the lounge you enjoy great views of the pool. Every room has ceiling fans and air conditioning, although the generous high ceilings give a luxurious and cool feel even on the hot days. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and a private terrace with views down to the pool.

Throughout the villa, the modern stylish Italian and Mexican furnishings compliment the house style.

Downstairs:

The lounge enjoys great views of the swimming pool - just a few steps away from your patio. Sky TV, DVD and music system.

Modern dining area with view to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room.

The third bedroom, with twin single beds, is located downstairs and leads directly out to the pool.

Upstairs:

The master bedroom with a king size bed is situated at the rear of the house and has its own private terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The bathroom has its own jacuzzi and bathroom. There is also a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom at the front has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.

Two similar villas - what is the difference?

Both villas are the same size, have a very similar design and are furnished to the same standard. Whereas Casa Vela has a third bedroom downstairs, Casa Selva Caribe has a very large open plan living area instead - to make the most of the beautiful jungle views. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate groups of 6.

Casa Selva Caribe has a truly fantastic location - close to the beach, jungle views to the rear with the golf course immediately behind. To the front is the bird sanctuary and still the town is a short walk away - few houses are so fortunate. Casa Vela is also close to the beach and town, but does not have the jungle views and sounds.
