What a fantastic location!

- Beach, jungle, golf !!

Set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, within the Playamar community. The private patio leads out to the jungle views - between the villa and the golf course is only jungle! The front of the villa is just steps from the large shared pool and the famous Xaman-Ha bird sanctuary which is adjacent to the pool and just a few metres from the villa - with luck you may spot a toucan by the pool.

From the patio or the upstairs terrace, the only sounds will be the beautiful tropical bird song. Despite this beauty and tranquility, it is just a short walk across the road, past the mayan ruins to the beach, or about 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants of Paseo del Carmen and 5th Avenue.

Villa features:

2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large, shared, swimming pool just steps from your front door. The large lounge has spectacular jungle views from two full length windows. It has a double sofa bed for larger groups. Every room has ceiling fans and air conditioning, although the generous high ceilings give a luxurious and cool feel even on the hot days. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and a private terrace with more great jungle views - you can sit in the jacuzzi with the open window and enjoy views of the jungle and listen to tropical bird song.

Throughout the villa, the modern stylish Italian and Mexican furnishings compliment the house style.

Downstairs:

The large lounge enjoys great views to the patio and jungle from two full length windows. A double sofa bed allows an extra couple to stay here in comfort. The bathroom / shower is adjacent. Sky TV, DVD.

Modern dining area with view to the patio and jungle. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate laundry room. Views from the kitchen to the swimming pool and aviary.

Upstairs:

The master bedroom with a king size bed is situated at the rear of the house and has its own private terrace with fabulous jungle views towards the golf course. The bathroom has its own jacuzzi and shower. There is also a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom at the front has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The views from here are to the swimming pool and aviary.

Master bedroom:

Master bedroom has King size bed and private patio with jungle views to the golf course - watch the sun set over the trees. The ensuite jacuzzi also enjoys jungle views.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and great views of the pool and aviary.

Two similar villas - what is the difference?

Both villas are the same size, have a very similar design and are furnished to the same standard. Whereas Casa Vela has a third bedroom downstairs, next to the lounge, Casa Selva Caribe has a very large open plan lounge instead - to make the most of the beautiful jungle views. There is a double sofa bed to accommodate groups of 6.

Casa Selva Caribe has a truly fantastic location - close to the beach, jungle views to the rear with the golf course immediately behind. To the front is the bird sanctuary and still the town is a short walk away - few houses are so fortunate. Casa Vela is also close to the beach and town, but does not have the same jungle views and sounds.
